Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on shopformme.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by BFLOW FZCO (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Returns (30 days) — sealed/unopened products only

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following are true:

  • The product is unopened and the tamper-evident seal is intact

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You have received Return Authorization (RMA) from us before sending anything back

Important: Because our products are ingestible and health-sensitive, we do not accept returns for any item that has been opened, unsealed, or had the tamper seal removed.

2) Storage and handling (eligibility requirement)

To protect product quality, supplements must be stored appropriately. Returns may be refused if products show signs of improper storage or handling, including (but not limited to):

  • Exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight

  • Exposure to moisture/humidity

  • Freezing temperatures (where relevant)

  • Visible damage consistent with improper storage

3) Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Any supplement that is opened/unsealed (tamper seal broken)

  • Any item returned without an approved RMA

  • Any item that appears to have been improperly stored or handled

  • Any item returned outside the return window

4) How to request a return (RMA required)

To request a return, email formme@shopformme.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A clear photo showing the tamper seal intact (we may request additional photos)

If approved, we will send you:

  • An RMA confirmation

  • Return instructions

  • The return address (returns are processed in Slovakia)

Do not send returns without approval—unapproved returns may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed.

5) Return shipping (change-of-mind returns)

For eligible returns (sealed/unopened), we will cover return shipping provided that:

  • You follow our RMA instructions, and

  • You ship the parcel within 7 days of RMA approval

If you ship a return using your own method without our approval/instructions, we may be unable to reimburse shipping costs or process the return efficiently.

6) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 working days of delivery at formme@shopformme.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product(s), outer shipping box, and shipping label

We will review and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7) Refunds (method + timing)

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets eligibility criteria (sealed/unopened and correct condition), we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Timing: Please allow 14–28 days from the date we receive your return for inspection, processing, and bank/payment provider posting times.

8) What is refunded (and what is not)

If your return is approved, your refund includes:

  • The price paid for the returned product(s)

Refunds generally do not include:

  • Any losses caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from the carrier (unless required by law)

  • Any duties/taxes/fees charged by third parties for shipments that did not ship under DDP (if applicable), unless required by law

9) Bundles, sets, and promotional gifts

If your order included a bundle/kit or promotional gift, all items in the bundle (and any associated gifts) must be returned together (sealed/unopened) to receive a refund. If not all items are returned, we may:

  • Decline the return, or

  • Issue a partial refund reflecting the non-returned items

10) Worldwide customers + local consumer rights

We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, you may have additional consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Where local law grants mandatory rights, we comply with those requirements. However, for ingestible products, the sealed goods / health & hygiene exception applies where recognized, meaning opened/unsealed products may be non-returnable.
