These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopformme.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by BFLOW FZCO (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Accounts & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4) Products & information (dietary supplements)

Our products are dietary supplements. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee outcomes.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if you are pregnant/nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

5) Orders, pricing & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or stock issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

6) Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your payment may also be subject to the provider’s terms and policies.

7) Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, peak periods, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Taxes, duties, and import fees (worldwide): Where available for your destination and selected shipping method, we aim to ship orders as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—meaning applicable import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), and brokerage/clearance fees are included and handled upfront as shown at checkout. In rare cases where DDP is not available for a destination or selected shipping method, an order may ship as DAP/DDU, and local customs or the carrier may charge fees upon import; if this applies, it will be indicated at checkout or communicated before shipment where possible.

8) Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For health and hygiene reasons, opened/unsealed ingestible products are generally non-returnable as described in that policy.

9) Subscriptions & recurring purchases (if offered)

If you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery option:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

  • You can cancel via your customer account portal (if available) or by contacting formme@shopformme.com.

Cancellation cutoff: To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a payment fails, we may retry billing and/or suspend shipments until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for keeping payment details up to date.

10) Promotions, bundles & gifts

Promotions may be modified or ended at any time. Where orders include bundles or promotional gifts, refund eligibility may require returning all included items as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

11) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or performance

  • Submit false claims or engage in abusive refund behavior

  • File unjustified disputes/chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take other action if we reasonably believe misuse or fraud has occurred.

12) Intellectual property

All Site content (including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to BFLOW FZCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13) Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, this section applies to the fullest extent permitted.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or lost data).

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BFLOW FZCO from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

17) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, power/internet outages, supplier shortages, natural disasters, or government actions.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
