Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases and recurring delivery purchase options made on shopformme.com. The Site is operated by BFLOW FZCO (trading name: formme).

1) Subscription authorization

When you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery option, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

2) How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Managing your subscription through your customer account/subscription portal (if available), or

  • Contacting us at formme@shopformme.com for assistance

3) Cancellation cutoff (48 hours)

To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before renewal, your next order may already be processing and may still ship.

4) After cancellation

After cancellation, no future renewals will be billed. Any order that has already been processed or shipped remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy (including our sealed/unopened supplements rule).

5) Payment failures

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment according to our payment processor’s rules and/or pause fulfillment until payment details are updated.

6) Price and product changes

We may change subscription pricing, product availability, or subscription terms from time to time. If required, we will notify you in advance. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
